Who knew?. The music is much cleaner and more varied. You get records from other sources besides the link cable, like Van, gifts, or archaeology. YOU CAN SELL THE FREAKING GOAT HALLELUJAH. Most people in here have done a pretty good job of summing up the perks, but I'm going to play devil's advocate here and say that it's not worth it.The game has new features, but runs a lot worse on the ps2.

Things will pop in and out of view at awkward distances, the framerate is inconsistent, and the lighting doesn't know what to do with itself (sunsets will either be a washed out fog or a high-contrast dimming effect depending on where you're looking).The game might run better for VC on the PS3 if you have the console, but I haven't had the chance to try it out myself. If it does run better, than it's worth a shot. But for the ps2 version, I honestly wouldn't get it if I were you. It was too hard for me to enjoy the game when it ran as poorly as it did.
